Summary:
Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten.
My Review:
Well, be still my breaking heart(again)...
Life is real, Cancer is real, and Death is real. How can you fight what you cannot touch? You do the best you can while holding on to hope again all hopes that this time the doctors can get it right. While you wait, do you just mull over the truth of it all or live life to the fullest. Hazel and Gus have a chance meeting at a support group for past and present cancer patients. As Hazel watches one by one members of her group succumbing to the disease, she figures her number is going to be up soon. But, in life you never know what the road ahead holds for you, you just have to remember to stop and contemplate the stars.
My Rating:
5 Stars
